This is the time you can make youtube or your grandmother or mother your teacher for cooking healthy recipes. Timely and healthy food that has been freshly cooked at home will also pamper your immune system and can protect you and your family from the dangerous coronavirus.

You always complained that you had no time to exercise. Taking 20 to 30 minutes out every day for you is easier in this lockdown period. Exercise at home. Make your body fit with yoga.
