in good hygiene. Certain practices cannot be avoided if we genuinely want

sickness is present, good hygiene will hasten your recovery to good health.
Beginning
with changing certain ways and habits that are present in our lives, we can be
more hygienic and the result would be better health for us and our families.

The
First One: Shoe and Feet Hygiene!
The shoes
that you wear for your visit outside home shall be properly cleaned at the doormat and shall be kept in shoe rack preferably kept in the exterior most portion
of your house e.g. the exterior most balcony. If your shoe rack is much inside,
properly clean your shoes before taking them inside. Shoes that go outside bring
a lot of dirt, dust and disease-causing microbes that can reach the floor of
your home if not wiped off. This dust can reach a child’s mouth and cause
illness. The best is to keep separate footwear to be used for the restroom, to be
used at home and to be worn outside home.
Feet shall
be properly washed while bathing, after using the restroom and after coming back
home. Dry them with a clean tower even in between the toes. The areas between
toes are susceptible to fungal infections if not dried properly. Use oil or a
moisturizer to moisturize your feet after drying them.
Trim the
nails of your feet regularly but do not over trim them because over trimming
nails increase the risk of ingrowth of toenails into the skin.
Fit feet are important for a fit body.

mentally too close to your bedtime. Do not worry and limit he exposure to

stimulants shall also be avoided before sleeping. Avoid getting out of bed
frequently after lying on the bed to sleep.
Peaceful
and comfortable sleep on a clean bed and in a dark environment is not only
necessary for maintaining sleep hygiene but is also extremely useful for
maintaining good health.
The
Third One: Dental Hygiene
Brush your
teeth twice daily. Brush for two minutes in the right way each time. Change your brush every three months as the
material of brush can get damaged within three months. Do not forget to floss
as well.
The Fourth One: Body Hygiene
Take bath daily and if you have a problem of excessive
sweating and excessive body odor, take bath twice daily. Body odor is a
result of chemicals in sweat such as pheromones, waste such as metabolized
alcohol in your sweat. Bacteria on the skin that feed on dead skin cells can also
result in bad odor. Wearing unwashed clothes such as socks, undergarments can
create an offensive body odor.
Therefore, wearing clean, washed and ironed clothes after
taking a bath daily is highly important to maintain body hygiene.

Washing hands at regular intervals are trending due to the coronavirus crisis. But even after this crisis ends, wash hands for 20 seconds
before and after eating and cooking meals, after using the restroom, after
handling pets and animals such as dogs, after coughing and sneezing. Unwashed hands can carry the disease-causing
microbes to your mouth, nose, and eyes. Dry and moisturize your hands after
washing them.
Trim your fingernails regularly to avoid the accumulation of
dirt in them. In case, you want to keep long nails, clean them from inside and
outside daily. The best is to keep properly trimmed nails.
The Sixth One: Personal Hygiene for Women
Keep your vaginal area clean. Wash it while taking a bath and
dry it. Be extra careful during menses or monthly periods. Follow the cleaning
routine and change the sanitary napkin or tampon every four to five hours.
Young and sexually active women are also prone to bladder
infections known as cystitis. Thrusting can introduce bacteria up in urethra and
in the bladder. Since women have a shorter urethra than men, it is easier for
bacteria to get into women’s bladder. Therefore, use protection while sexual
intercourse. Some doctors recommend urinating before and after sexual
intercourse to avoid UTI.
If you are prone to urinary tract infections, you should
immediately take customized homeopathic treatment.
The Seventh One: Personal Hygiene for Men
Men should wash their genitals regularly. They should clean
them while bathing and dry them afterward. Avoid wearing tight clothes for
long hours, especially tight undergarments.
There are diseases that can be present even after following
good hygiene regime. Diseases of acute and chronic nature can be addressed with
customized homeopathic treatment. And remember, good hygiene and PRESCRIBED
